Egress overage capped at $30/instance

Historically we charged $0.005/GB above your plan's monthly bandwidth cap, with no ceiling.

That was fine for 99% of customers but occasionally someone would misconfigure a proxy or get slashdotted and wake up to a four- or five-figure bill.

Starting this month, egress overages are capped at $30 per instance per month. If you'd blow through more than $30 of overage, we just eat it (and email you so you can look at what's happening).
